The school offers a supportive and structured environment where students are encouraged to stay engaged, focused, and motivated in their learning. Staff work collaboratively to maintain high standards of teaching, behaviour, and achievement.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school expectations
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Provide feedback to teaching staff where required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and settings
• Reliable, flexible, and confident approach
• Experience in a school environment is preferred
