What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading classes and delivering cover work set by absent teachers.
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Taking registers and ensuring students stay on task.
  • Supporting students who need a little extra help to access the work.
What We’re Looking For
  • degree (2:2 or above) in any discipline—Psychology, English, History, and Sports Science graduates often thrive in this role.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A genuine interest in working with young people (no previous school experience required, but it helps!).
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
