Designated Safeguarding Lead. The role is a deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead & Family Support Worker.
Hatchell Wood Primary Academy is looking to appoint a highly motivated and organised professional to serve as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead & Family Support Worker.
The Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead & Family Support Worker should always comply with the trust’s code of conduct, safeguarding policies and practices and have:

The successful candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic, highly motivated, and bring energy and passion to the role as part of an Inclusion/Safeguarding team
- Make an outstanding contribution to the inclusion/safeguarding support function and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures
- Have a good level of general education in line with the attached Person Specification
- Have experience of managing safeguarding in a school or other relevant organisation
- Enjoy working with children and form good relationships with both children and adults
