3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday in the first instance)

Required from September 2026

We are seeking to appoint a Nursery teacher to work at this popular and successful, large infant school. The successful candidate will join a committed, hard working and friendly team, teaching well-motivated children whose behaviour is outstanding.

Teach children in a nursery environment, plan and deliver EYFS curriculum, maintain high expectations, work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, and community, manage behaviour, support pupils’ welfare, plan assessment, provide professional development support.

• A strong commitment to working in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, and the community
• Excellent classroom skills and high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
• Detailed knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Energy, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
• Some experience of working in a nursery environment

• Opportunity to plan with and work alongside experienced and committed colleagues
• Effective support with professional development
• Supportive governors and parents
