Overview
Outwood in Doncaster is seeking an Attendance Officer to work across multiple academies. The role focuses on improving student attendance through the development of strategies, conducting home visits, and providing support to students and parents.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement attendance strategies to improve student attendance across multiple academies.
- Conduct home visits to engage students and families and address attendance barriers.
- Provide support to students and parents on attendance-related concerns.
- Experience in monitoring attendance.
- Strong safeguarding commitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
