Pay: £460-£650 per week (depending on experience)

GSL Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join welcoming schools in Doncaster
. We are seeking a proactive and supportive teacher who can work alongside teachers, encourage student participation, and help create a positive learning environment where every learner can thrive.
The Teaching Assistant (TA) has an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering engaging and well-organised classroom activities
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning objectives
- Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour throughout the school day
- Assist with preparing learning materials and maintaining an organised classroom
- Monitor pupil engagement and provide feedback to teaching staff when required
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative school team
- Patient, reliable, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils
- Committed to promoting safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Weekly pay between £460-£650, depending on experience
