Salary: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and helping them succeed academically and socially.

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
• Supporting personalised learning strategies and classroom activities
• Building positive and supportive relationships with pupils
• Promoting an inclusive and nurturing environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs

• Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH)
• Patient, adaptable, and caring approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding of inclusive practice (desirable)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
