Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a primary classroom? A welcoming primary school in the Doncaster area is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting pupils' learning and development across the primary age range. Working closely with class teachers, you will deliver targeted interventions, provide classroom support and help create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive. • Support teaching and learning across the primary curriculum.
• Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions where required.
• Assist with planning and preparing classroom resources.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and participation in lessons.
• Work closely with teachers to monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Help maintain a safe, positive and engaging classroom environment.

• Recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience working within a primary school setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, proactive and flexible approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
• Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
