The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Sandringham Primary School are looking to appoint a Childcare Supervisor to lead our Wraparound Care afternoon extended learning provision.

Working hours: 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 15:00 to 17:30.

In addition to the core 12.5 hours, we would also consider candidates who can cover both the AM and PM Childcare sessions; however applications for either AM or PM only will be considered. The AM session is for 6.25 hours, open from 07:30 to 08:45.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Supervise and support childcare assistants, ensuring ratios are met and everyone is on task.
• Design a weekly programme of activities including arts and crafts, sports, and quiet study areas.
• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, including sign‑in/out procedures, safeguarding and first aid.
• Act as the main point of contact for parents and school leadership regarding the club’s operations.
• Manage registers and oversee the preparation of healthy, nutritious snacks.
