As an Automotive Body Shop Trainer/Tutor, you will:

• Inspire and mentor small groups of learners, delivering training in Panel, MET Bodyshop, and Paint to adult learners.
• Build strong relationships with your students, supporting their growth and development.
• Deliver engaging and hands‑on training, ensuring that each student gains the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the automotive body shop sector.
• Experience in Automotive either Body Shop or as a Technician:
  Whether you’re an experienced technician who would like to train to be a trainer, or currently in a teaching role, your expertise is invaluable.
• Passion for Coaching and Development:
  You should have a knack for mentoring and helping others succeed.
