The National Horse racing College seeks a dedicated Roving Tutor to join its vibrant team. The role involves educating and supporting young people within the horse racing and equine industry.

Work Hours:

41 hours per week, including a ½ hour unpaid meal break each day.

Salary: £34,951.40 per annum, with a contributory pension scheme.

Position is located in the scenic grounds of a private estate near Doncaster.

• Deliver teaching and coaching to students in the Foundation Course.
• Work with young people who may exhibit challenging behaviours.
• Support students in developing resilience, discipline, and maturity through hands‑on experience with animals.
• Maintain accurate records and evidence of continuous professional development.

• Level 3 Diploma in Racehorse Care and Management or equivalent.
• Teaching qualification (Certificate in Education) or willingness to complete within a short period.
• Coaching qualification or willingness to complete within a short period.
• Valid driving licence.
• Relevant ICT experience.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
