Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive primary school?

Provide Education is recruiting for a full-time ECT to join a welcoming school in the DN12 area from September. This is an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity, offering the chance to secure a long-term position within the school.

The role is likely to be based in Lower Key Stage 2 (LKS2), although there is flexibility for the successful candidate to be placed in another year group depending on the school's staffing needs and your strengths.

The Role:

Full-time teaching position starting in September
Temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent
Expected placement in Lower Key Stage 2, with flexibility across the primary phase
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assess pupils' progress and support them in reaching their potential
Work closely with colleagues, parents and the wider school community

We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an ECT due to achieve QTS
A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching
