Salary: £460 – £600 per week

Are you a dedicated and nurturing practitioner with a passion for supporting children at the start of their learning journey? A welcoming primary school in Doncaster is seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the primary curriculum. You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping pupils to access learning and make meaningful progress in a supportive classroom environment.

• Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development
• Assist in creating a positive, engaging and well-structured classroom environment
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Help prepare resources and learning materials
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, caring and proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine commitment to supporting children’s education and development
