Overview

Provide Education is hiring a confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full‑time, one‑year temporary contract starting September in a welcoming primary school in Central Doncaster.

The HLTA will provide cover across all year groups (EYFS, KS1 and KS2), delivering engaging learning activities and supporting pupils’ progress.

• Deliver lessons and support teaching across the school.
• Lead classes in the teacher’s absence.
• Maintain a positive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team.

• Qualified HLTA or equivalent.
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
• Experience working across primary age ranges is desirable.
• Flexible, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
