Are you a passionate Maths Teacher who enjoys helping students build confidence with numbers and problem‑solving? A welcoming secondary school in Doncaster is looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping students develop strong mathematical knowledge and analytical thinking. You will plan and deliver well‑structured lessons, assess progress effectively and adapt your teaching to support learners of varying abilities. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a supportive and collaborative department.

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Assess, monitor and record student progress.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of individual students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers where appropriate.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering high‑quality Maths lessons.
• An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up‑to‑date CV with two relevant references from within the last two years.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.

Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
