Contract and Working Pattern: FTC until 31st December 2026 32.5 Hours, Term Time plus 5 days

About the Role

You will work closely with teachers to support students in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. The role includes:

  • Supporting pupils with learning activities and classroom engagement
  • Working with students with additional needs, including SEN
  • Promoting positive behaviour, confidence and independence
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
  • Helping students to achieve their individual learning goals
What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

  • Enjoys working with children and young people
  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Is patient, supportive and adaptable
  • Has good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Holds an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)

Experience of supporting students with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
