Your Role:
Making a Real Difference
As a Specialist SEN Secondary Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver tailored, multi-sensory lessons for pupils with diverse SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or communication needs).
Use creative, trauma-informed approaches to build trust, engagement, and progress.
Work closely with TAs, therapists, and families to create inclusive, nurturing environments.
Champion positive behaviour strategies and celebrate every small victory.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with proven SEN experience in primary settings.
✔ A calm, resilient, and child-centred approach to teaching.
✔ Up-to-date DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one) and safeguarding training.
✔ Right to work in the UK and two strong professional references.
✔ Flexibility to travel across Doncaster schools is essential.
