Aboutthe Role
Weare seeking an enthusiastic, organised and caring individual to lead our newwraparound care provision from September/October 2026.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation andsmooth running of the provision, ensuring children enjoy a safe, engaging and nurturing environment at the end of the school day.
Key Responsibilities- Leadthe daily operation of the wraparound provision.
- Planand organise a range of engaging enrichment activities.
- Supervise and support pupils from Reception to Year 6.
- Promote positive behaviour in accordance with the school's Behaviour Policy.
- Prepare and serve light snacks and refreshments.
- Maintainregisters and relevant records.
- Liaise with parents and carers at collection time.
- Reportany safeguarding, behavioural or medical concerns to senior leaders.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are set up and cleared away safely each day.
- Support the school in developing and promoting the provision.
- Experience of working with primary-aged children.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Abilityto manage children's behaviour positively and consistently.
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
- Abilityto work independently and take responsibility for the provision.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Food Hygiene qualification.
- Experience of breakfast club, after-school club or childcare provision.
