As a Specialist SEN Secondary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver tailored, multi-sensory lessons for pupils with diverse SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or communication needs).
• Use creative, trauma-informed approaches to build trust, engagement, and progress.
• Work closely with TAs, therapists, and families to create inclusive, nurturing environments.
• Champion positive behaviour strategies and celebrate every small victory.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with proven SEN experience in primary settings.
• A calm, resilient, and child-centred approach to teaching.
• Up-to-date DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one) and safeguarding training.
• Right to work in the UK and two strong professional references.
• Flexibility to travel across Doncaster schools is essential.
