Pay Rate: £92.56 - £110 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
Higher rate dependent upon experience, training, qualifications, and client rate available.

Deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions that spark engagement
Bring EHCP targets to life through sensory play, communication aids, and creative strategies
Foster a nurturing, celebration-filled environment where every small step is a victory
Assist with personal care, mobility, and feeding with dignity and compassion
Partner with therapists, teachers, and families to build holistic support networks

Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) - non-negotiable
Proven track record with PMLD, complex needs, or physical disabilities
