Location: Doncaster Contract: Part-Time, Term-Time, Temp to Perm Hours: Monday
- Tuesday (Full-day), Wednesday (AM only)
Age Group: 7-8 years Start Date: September Salary: £95 – £105 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a year 3 classroom. Someone who is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons across the curriculum, following the school’s planning and expectations.
• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom where pupils feel safe, supported and motivated to learn.
• Adapt teaching and activities to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
• Use questioning, assessment and feedback to monitor progress and support pupils’ next steps.
• Promote values of kindness, respect, resilience, collaboration and excellence, while encouraging confident communication and independence.

What we’re looking for:

• HLTA qualification or proven experience leading learning in a primary classroom.
• Confidence delivering engaging lessons to a Year 3 class across the primary curriculum.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills with high expectations for all pupils.
• A flexible, positive and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to pupils' individual needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
