To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The Teacher will model professional integrity and the EPIC values, work collaboratively within the school community, and adhere strictly to the Staff Code of Conduct to promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment. At Northbridge Enterprise College Since opening in 2013, North Bridge Enterprise College has provided a safe, supportive environment for pupils aged 14-16 who have faced or are at risk of permanent exclusion due to challenging behaviours.

We specialise in re-engaging students through a personalised curriculum that inspires and challenges, preparing them for success beyond school. Our dedicated team offers a broad range of academic and vocational courses, empowering students to build confidence and achieve their full potential in a nurturing, friendly setting.,

  • This role is open to specialists who have taught in construction
  • Providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes
  • Creating engaging lessons, explain complex concepts simply, and enrich classroom time
  • Manage and support positive behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children's progress
    A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
  • At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
  • QTS/QTLS is a requirement, We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All posts require an enhanced DBS check.
    Salary: £28,288- £44,304 | Full Time (40 hours/week), NEST enhanced pension scheme
