Provide Education is currently recruiting for a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a school in the DN4 area, starting in November 2026.
This is initially a temporary position until Christmas, with the possibility of an extension through to the summer term for the right candidate.
The role would suit an experienced HLTA, an Early Career Teacher (ECT), or a qualified teacher looking for a full-time opportunity in a school setting.
The Ideal Candidate- Has experience supporting teaching and learning in a school environment.
- Is confident leading lessons and delivering pre-planned learning activities.
- Can support pupils across a range of abilities and learning needs.
- Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Is reliable, adaptable and passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential.
- ECTs and qualified teachers are encouraged to apply, with enhanced rates of pay available.
