Teaching Assistant

We're recruiting for Teaching Assistants to earn up to £110 per day. This role focuses on delivering phonics interventions, providing classroom support, and helping children achieve their full potential in a safe and engaging learning environment. Teaching Assistant job role:
· Support the class teacher in delivering learning activities within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
· Deliver phonics intervention sessions to small groups of children to support literacy development.
· Provide general classroom support for a class of up to 29 children.
· Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and classroom activities.
· Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
· Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning activities.
· Monitor and record pupil progress where required.
· Work with small nurture groups to help boost attainment and confidence.
· Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
· Support the wider Early Years team with day-to-day classroom duties. Teaching Assistant benefits:
