At Omega PLC, were looking for a proactive and commercially aware Senior Health, Safety & Environmental Officer who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and wants to actively shape safety culture across multiple projects.

This isnt a desk-based role. Youll be out on-site, building relationships, influencing behaviours, and ensuring that safety isnt just a requirement its embedded in everything we do.

Reporting to the Safety, Health and Environmental Manager, youll play a pivotal role in supporting our Contracts and Installation teams, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products while driving continuous improvement in our HSE systems.

With projects across the South East and wider UK, this role is ideal for those based within the M25 corridor or commuting distance of London. Travel is a key part of the role, with occasional overnight stays.
