HSEQ Advisor - Circet Wireless - UK
Full-Time | Reports to HSEQT Manager
Circet Wireless are looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support our projects and ensure compliance with our Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management systems. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation within the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors.
What You'll Be Doing- Support the development and implementation of the HSEQT Management System in line with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
- Ensure compliance with HSEQT statutory duties and company standards
- Conduct regular site and premises HSE audits to monitor performance and legal compliance
- Maintain audit schedules and ensure appropriate sampling across all business areas
- Carry out inspections of PPE, lifting equipment, ladders, and fire extinguishers as required
- Review Safe Systems of Work (including CPPs, RAMS, and risk assessments) to ensure Circet HSEQT standards are maintained
- Support investigations and root cause analysis for incidents, non-conformances, and safety issues
- Deliver toolbox talks, briefings, and site safety updates to employees and contractors
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring on HSEQT matters at all levels of the organisation
- Promote a positive safety culture and support continual improvement initiatives
- Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of HSEQT policies and procedures
- Attend internal and external HSEQT meetings and support with training and workshops
- Carry out other duties as reasonably required by the HSEQT Manager
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive experience within a civil engineering or telecommunications environment
- Understanding of HSEQT systems, standards, and auditing processes
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- CSCS card holder
