Are you an experienced passive fire engineer looking to take the lead on high‑quality PPM works within a growing and professional organisation? We’re looking for a Lead Engineer (PPM) to play a key role in delivering compliant, well‑documented maintenance services across our client portfolio.

This is a hands‑on role where technical expertise, leadership on site, and attention to detail really matter.

• Working in full compliance with FORTH® Engineering Standards at all times
• Carrying out ventilation cleaning services in line with TR19 standards
• Completing annual drop testing of fire damper units to BS9999 standards
• Undertaking additional training or retraining as required to support evolving business needs
• Accurately completing daily service sheets and client reports using Flow and Big Change systems

• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible approach to travel and changing schedules as the business continues to expand
• Proven experience carrying out fire damper drop testing to BS9999 standards
• Experience delivering grease hygiene services in line with TR19 – Grease standards (or equivalent)
• Experience in air hygiene services to TR19 standards (or equivalent)
• Grease Hygiene Technician Certificate (or equivalent)
• Experience managing large or complex fire damper projects
• Fire stopping inspection course (or equivalent)
• Experience in ventilation hygiene assessment services
• Experience delivering indoor air quality (IAQ) services
• Experience in fire and ductwork remedial works
