Reporting to the UK ES Manager, this role ensures on-site environmental compliance and provides expert guidance while championing H&MV’s core values.

• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and aspect impact assessments to meet regulatory, company, and client standards.
• Deliver on-site training and toolbox talks to prevent incidents and promote sustainability.
• Track project performance through regular reporting and feedback.
• Investigate environmental incidents to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and serve as the project escalation point for ES concerns.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder and team partnerships to drive project success and professional synergy.

• Proven experience in environmental or sustainability role, ideally within a Civils or Engineering business.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation, permitting requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience conducting environmental audits, performance monitoring, and risk assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
• High level of IT literacy.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development, with a growth mindset.
