About the RoleAs a Surveyor Engineer (Pressure and LEV Inspection) you will carry out high-quality inspections, fault-finding procedures, recognize defective items and perform necessary repairs to restore equipment to a safe working condition. You will ensure that pressure equipment complies with current regulatory and statutory requirements, operate within agreed authorities, and uphold mandatory health and safety standards while keeping a strong customer focus.
ResponsibilitiesYou will inspect and adjust mechanical equipment, including pressure vessels and LEV systems. You will conduct fault-finding procedures and perform repairs to ensure safety and compliance. You will compile comprehensive reports on inspections and work performed. You will maintain professional knowledge of industry standards and Lloyds British products. You will engage customers positively, build lasting relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications- ASME Level 1 and PSSR qualification /P601
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- Experience working with pressure-vessel systems
- Ability to compile full reports on your work
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven technical knowledge of pressure equipment
- Excellent customer service manner with strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients
