What you’ll be doing

Partnering with departments across the business to understand processes, risks, and performance drivers

Reviewing financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

Producing clear, insightful analysis that helps non‑finance teams make informed decisions

Supporting the wider finance function with month‑end activities, cost reviews, and project‑based assignments

Contributing to the development of stronger controls, more efficient processes, and improved reporting

Building strong working relationships across the organisation, becoming a trusted go‑to for insight and challenge


What we’re looking for

Ideally part‑qualified ACCA with ongoing exams

Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret data, spot patterns, and translate findings into practical actions

Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels

Comfortable working in a changing environment and keen to understand operational processes

A proactive, curious approach - someone who enjoys asking why and digging into detail

Experience in manufacturing or a product‑based environment is beneficial but not essential
