Finance Manager

Beyond Talent Solutions is supporting our client in the search for a highly skilled Finance Manager to take a leading role across multiple business units. This is a hands-on, influential position where you'll deliver high-quality financial and management information, strengthen financial controls, and drive efficiency across a fast-paced, multi-company environment.

Key Responsibilities

Produce weekly and monthly management accounts across multiple entities, including group consolidation, to tight deadlines

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, delivering clear insights to stakeholders

Lead the production of financial reporting packs, audit documentation, and liaise with external auditors

Drive continuous improvement within internal controls and financial processes

Manage, develop, and appraise direct reports—including performance management

Partner with senior leaders and non-financial teams across the value chain

Hold regular stakeholder meetings to improve and influence operational performance

Support the ongoing development of the Business Central ERP system within your remit

Contribute to a variety of business development and improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

Ideally - fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) OR Qualified by Experience

Strong experience in financial, management, and consolidation accounting

Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment

Advanced Excel capability with strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging at all levels

Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
