Beyond Talent Solutions are proud to be supporting a growing and professional business as they look to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
The Role- Preparing subcontractor payments accurately and on time
- Producing CIS returns and submitting reporting to HMRC
- Processing and posting company credit card transactions
- Reconciling company bank accounts against relevant financial ledgers
- Providing support with purchase ledger processes and related accounting tasks
- Maintain company vehicle logs and records
- Assist with month‑end financial close procedures
You’ll be working closely with a close‑nits wider finance team, working in a fast‑moving finance function.
We’re Looking For Someone Who- AAT qualified or working towards
- Organised, detail‑focused and keen to learn
- Can work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
