As the company continues to strengthen its market position and pursue ambitious growth, they are looking for an individual who can play a pivotal role in shaping the future success.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role offers a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the Commercial Finance function and influence how the role develops over time. You’ll also gain valuable leadership experience through the management of a small team, while working closely with key stakeholders across the business.
As Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll lead the forecasting, budgeting and finance planning processes, providing meaningful insight to support strategic decision‑making. This is a highly visible, value‑add role where your analysis, recommendations and commercial acumen will directly contribute to business performance and long‑term objectives. You will also be responsible for enhancing FP&A processes and strengthening relationships across departments to ensure finance remains a trusted business partner.

- Support the preparation and reviewing of management reporting, ensuring information is accurate and relevant.
- Ownership with financial planning activities including budgeting and forecasting by working with stakeholders.
- Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential risks and opportunities to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with different departments to analyse performance trends and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Contribute to system and process improvements to enhance reporting quality, data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Support internal and external audit activities through the preparation, analysis and provision of financial information.
- Assist with transactional finance processes and provide wider support across the finance function and other ad‑hoc activities as required.
- Part Qualified or Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Commercially minded with experience of interpreting data
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting knowledge
- Previous ownership of management accounts
- Experience of working collaboratively with finance and non‑finance teams
