Accounts assistant

Beyond Talent Solutions are proud to be supporting a growing and professional business as they look to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

The role:

• Preparing subcontractor payments accurately and on time

• Producing CIS returns and submitted reporting to HMRC

• Processing and posting company credit card transactions

• Reconciling company bank accounts against relevant financial ledgers

• Providing support with purchase ledger processes and related accounting tasks

• Maintain company vehicle logs and records

• Assist with month-end financial close procedures

You'll be working closely with a close-nit wider finance team, working in a fast-moving finance function

We're looking for someone who:

• Who is AAT qualified or working towards
• Is organised, detail-focused and keen to learn
• Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
