📅 Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible working available)
🏡 Home Capacity: 3-bed service
🧒 Service Users: EBD – Low to Medium
💰 Salary: £50,000 + Ofsted Bonus
🌴 Annual Leave: 6 weeks + statutory bank holidays

As a Registered Manager
, you'll be the heart of the home, ensuring young people receive exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment. Your leadership will drive the team to create a safe, warm, and loving home that helps children and young people integrate into the community, develop life skills, and build a brighter future.

  Lead & Inspire – Manage a compassionate care team to create a positive, nurturing environment.
• ✅
  Home Management – Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, policies, and procedures
  .
• ✅
  Care Planning – Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet each young person’s needs.
• ✅
  Mentorship & Supervision – Support, guide, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care
  .
• ✅
  Collaborate with Experts – Work alongside Clinical Psychologists to implement evidence-based interventions
  .
• ✅
  Recruit & Develop – Take part in hiring, vetting, and onboarding new team members.
• ✅
  Encourage Growth – Help young people engage in therapies, education, and essential life skills
  .

• 🎓
  Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
• 👦
  Experience at a senior level in a Residential Children's home
• 🚗
  Full manual driving licence
• 📚
