Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Advanced Caring Doncaster Limited, providing supported living services in Doncaster. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, this role offers you the chance to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals residing in supported housing.
Must have some experience in a management capacity - ideally Deputy
Role OverviewAs Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our services. Your responsibilities will include leading and supporting staff and encouraging independence and wellbeing among our tenants within their homes.

- Lead, guide, and motivate the support team to uphold high standards of care
- Foster strong relationships with tenants, their families, and professionals

- Participate in an on-call rota, including evenings and weekends on a scheduled basis
- Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people
- Relevant Level 3 or Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Full-time, 40 hours per week
5 out of seven days per week, with additional on-call responsibilities on a rota basis.
