Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Advanced Caring Doncaster Limited, providing supported living services in Doncaster. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, this role offers you the chance to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals residing in supported housing.

Must have some experience in a management capacity - ideally Deputy

Role Overview

As Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our services. Your responsibilities will include leading and supporting staff and encouraging independence and wellbeing among our tenants within their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Registered Manager in running supported living services
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the support team to uphold high standards of care
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants, their families, and professionals
  • Promote choice, independence, and person-centred support for tenants
  • Participate in an on-call rota, including evenings and weekends on a scheduled basis
About You
  • Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people
  • Relevant Level 3 or Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to ongoing professional development
