Job Overview
Provide physiotherapy support for Belles first‑team at training sessions and matches and support the ETC where required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Manage first‑team physiotherapy: support injured players and develop rehabilitation plans.
- Report injury status and prevention to the first‑team manager.
- Manage ETC physiotherapy: support injured players and develop rehabilitation plans.
- Provide updates to the ETC Centre Manager on player injury status, prevention and load advice.
- Be present and a familiar figure at all first‑team fixtures.
- Champion safeguarding and be an approachable figure for players, particularly from the ETC.
- Ensure all medical equipment is fit for purpose.
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
- Good organisational skills.
- Effective and confidential communication in individual and group situations.
- Appropriate communication technique for the situation.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Open to doing things differently and confident in both individual and group settings.
- Rapid learner, adaptable to new situations.
- Committed to delivering high‑quality service at all times.
- Develops open and effective relationships with all colleagues.
Applicants must hold a full driving licence and ensure up‑to‑date documentation is provided to Club Doncaster.
