Do you have a couple of days a week to spare and a desire to make a real difference? We're looking for friendly, motivated volunteers to join our supportive administrative team and play a vital role in the day-to-day running of NHS services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain new skills, build confidence, and see first‑hand how the NHS works from an essential administrative perspective. You'll be fully supported and guided as you develop a strong foundation of knowledge in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Main duties of the jobIn this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors—creating a warm and reassuring welcome 'll help check patients in for clinics, keep clinical teams informed of arrivals, and assist with handling deliveries with other administration opportunities as they arise.
Your time and contribution will truly matter, helping our teams focus on delivering excellent care. If you're reliable, approachable, and keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
