Client IntroductionWe are currently building a dedicated team to support a lady in her 40s in the Doncaster area on a 2:1 basis as she prepares to leave hospital and return home to her husband and son. Our goal is to help her transition safely back home and live life to the fullest, surrounded by the people who matter most. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of something meaningful from the very beginning.
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to her individual needs, supporting clinical interventions, assisting with daily routines, and encouraging independence wherever possible. You’ll help her rebuild her life at home, enjoy family time, create new memories, and gradually re-engage with the community. For night shifts, you’ll offer attentive and compassionate support, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the night. You’ll remain observant and responsive to her needs, creating a calm and reassuring environment that promotes rest and wellbeing.

What You’ll Need- Minimum 3 months’ care experience
- Confidence with medication, personal care, moving and handling
- Clear communication skills
- A Full UK driver’s licence (required for day shifts only)
- Willingness and ability to travel to the hospital for shadowing and training
