Imaging Associates (IA) is a doctor-led, highly respected and rapidly expanding radiology provider with clinics across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, Gippsland and Wagga Wagga.

Our reputation has been built on two foundations:
Clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.

We invest in leading-edge technology, foster strong relationships with referring clinicians, and create welcoming environments where patients feel genuinely supported.

With our new Doncaster clinic opening in May 2026, we are continuing our journey of growth – and we’re looking for the right leader to bring this new site to life.

  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience
  • Ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilisation while maintaining high standards of patience care

With access to a comprehensive suite of modalities including MRI, CT, X-ray and Ultrasound, you will play a central role in shaping the future of imaging services for the Doncaster and surrounding communities.

  • Proven success in mentoring, coaching and developing teams
  • A strong commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound judgement, initiative and confident decision-making ability
  • Commercial insight to optimise operations while maintaining high care standards
