Hours per week: 14 hours per week
Salary: £12.21 an hour

• First point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and handling telephone enquiries professionally.
• Support the Home Administrator with tasks such as payroll preparation, recruitment, and ordering supplies.

As a Receptionist, you should have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and prior experience with payroll. Attention to detail, the ability to stay organised and prioritise tasks are essential. Our Receptionists are approachable, bubbly and keen to solve queries. The ability to build relationships with residents, their families and staff is also key. You will ideally have experience working in the care sector.
