Position: Business Team Co-ordinator (Research and Innovation)

Job Overview

As part of the Business Services Team within the Education and Research Directorate, the post holder will co‑ordinate, administrate and provide a specialist operational knowledge of numerous services and supporting systems within the Business Services Team portfolio and the wider Education and Research Directorate. Taking responsibility for effective day‑day running of the services supporting the Education and Research Directorate and wider Trust colleagues in an effective and efficient way.

The role requires specialist operational oversight of the Directorate services to ensure accuracy and quality assurance of data management; in order that our Education and Research services are effective and timely. To achieve this the post holder must establish trusted collaborative relations and partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders. The post holder will also support the provision of management information to inform decisions and actions by the Directorate, Divisions and other corporate teams.

This post will also be required to cross cover the other co‑ordinator and facilitators across the Directorate to always ensure consistent service provision and will be required to work and cover across DBTH sites.
