We have an exciting opportunity for a Part‑time Senior Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Moorland, a men’s category C Prison and young offender institution located in South Yorkshire.

Hours33 hours a week working either 07:30 until 19:30 or 19:30 until 07:30 over 3 × 11‑hour shifts per week. There will be a mixture of weekend and nights.
SalaryPart‑time position, annual salary up to £49,175 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

- Lead a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver a nurse‑led service and prevent hospital admissions
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening

Qualifications required- Registered nurse (Adult)
- Current professional qualification (NMC)
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Understanding of the complexities of multi‑disciplinary and multi‑agency working
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem‑solving skills
- Motivated as an individual and when working in a team
Experience in a hospital, community or prison environment is preferred but not essential.
