Creative Support is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recovery Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting individuals with mental health needs. Our scheme consists of 7 self-contained flats within Newcastle and is part of the city’s strategy to provide a wider range of living options for vulnerable people. The service aims to increase independence, foster community connections, and develop social networks, helping prevent admissions into long-term residential care or hospital and eventually supporting individuals to move back to their own homes or a less supported environment.

We provide relevant training, including accredited health and social care diplomas through our training academy. You will work flexibly on a rota, which may include evenings, weekends, and nights.
