About the RoleThe role involves conducting hearing assessments, fitting digital hearing aids, providing aftercare and supporting the setup of hearing services across multiple practices. You will play a key role in shaping a high-quality, patient-focused department.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments
- Fitting, programming and adjusting hearing aids
- Providing long-term patient support and aftercare
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Providing clear communication and advice to patients
- Helping expand and structure our hearing care service
- Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser / HAD (HCPC registered)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Patient-focused and professional
- Comfortable travelling between practices
- Keen to contribute to a developing service
