Activities Coordinator

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and sociable Activities Coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibility will involve creating and executing engaging activities tailored to each of our residents, mentoring and training staff on how to interact and engage with residents, and ensuring that residents' dignity and self‑esteem are upheld through meaningful interactions and positive relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute engaging activities for residents.
  • Mentor and train staff on resident interaction and engagement.
  • Ensure residents' dignity, self‑esteem, and freedom to express individuality.
  • Lead and inspire others with a positive, forward‑thinking attitude.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in an care home setting is a plus.
  • Previous experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
  • Assertive yet flexible approach to work.
