A full UK manual driving licence is required for the role.
Qualities and Skills Required- Relationship Building:
Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships. - Patience and Understanding:
Important for navigating challenging situations effectively. - Conflict-Resolution Techniques:
Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- People who enjoy interactivity with the people we support.
Full‑time 37.5 hours.
Part‑time various available.
Shifts- Days:
Varied shifts between 07:00-22:00 (rota basis). - Sleep‑ins required on days and paid at a flat rate of £64.20.
- Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.

Compensation£26,228 per annum, pro‑rata + excellent benefits.
