Practice Plus Group in South Yorkshire is recruiting a Clinical Liaison and Diversion Practitioner. Based predominantly at Shepcote Lane Custody Suite, the role involves screening and assessing individuals in contact with the criminal justice system to support diversion and safer outcomes.
You will work autonomously in court and police detention cells, using validated tools to inform decisions and develop individualised care plans. A driving licence and own transport are required.
