NHS Doncaster is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Home First Service, covering Community Physiotherapy, Urgent Community Response and Enhanced Care Home Team across Doncaster.
The post is Band 6, 37.5 hours per week with flexible working and bank shifts available. The successful candidate will work autonomously within the MDT to develop holistic management plans and support early discharge.
