Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHSFT is seeking a Crisis Team Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership within Urgent Care Services Crisis Team. You will promote high standards of nursing care and deliver senior clinical support across the team.
You will coordinate the team's clinical activity across a 7-day week, deliver clinical supervision and MDT reviews, and drive service improvement through safeguarding, risk assessment, and pathway development with partner agencies.
